Trust Board definition

Trust Board means the Chair, executive and non-executive directors of the Trust collectively as a body.

  • To the extent authorized by Section 28(e) and the Trust Board, the Sub-Adviser shall not be deemed to have acted unlawfully or to have breached any duty created by this Agreement or otherwise solely by reason of such action.
