Trust Guarantee definition

Trust Guarantee means the Trust Guarantee Agreement executed and delivered by the Corporation and American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, as Guarantee Trustee, contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Trust Agreement, for the benefit of the Holders of the Trust Preferred Securities, as amended from time to time.

Trust Guarantee means any guarantee of Borrower of the Trust Preferred Securities, which guarantee is subordinate and junior in right of payment to the prior payment of the obligations of Borrower hereunder and under the Note on terms satisfactory to Lender.

Trust Guarantee means the Guarantee by the Trust of the obligations of (1) the Issuer under this Indenture and the Notes and (2) each Subsidiary Guarantor under its Note Guarantee and this Indenture.
