Trustee Committee definition

Trustee Committee means the board of trustees of the Association;
Trustee Committee means that person(s) or entity nominated by the Committee and approved by the Board pursuant to Sections 4.01 and 4.02 to hold legal title to the Plan assets for the purposes set forth herein.
Trustee Committee or “Committee” means the committee established under section 4 ;
