Trustee Findings Order definition

Trustee Findings Order means an order when entered by the District Court after considering certain proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law submitted by the Bankruptcy Court, or by a court of competent jurisdiction if the District Court declines to enter such order on the basis of the District Court’s jurisdiction, containing, among other things, the Trustee Findings.

  • Issuer Order and “Issuer Request” means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • Company Order means a written request or order signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.

  • Stop Loss Order means an order placed to close a position once it hits a specific price in order to protect yourself from further losses and avoid potential close-outs/stop-outs.

  • Issuing Entity Order or “Issuing Entity Request” means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuing Entity by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • U.S. Bankruptcy Court means the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

  • Trustee Representatives has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b).

  • Litigation Trustee means a Person to be determined by SFC and the Initial Consenting Noteholders prior to the Effective Time, with the consent of the Monitor, to serve as trustee of the Litigation Trust pursuant to and in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Energy Order means the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003;

  • Trustee Agreement means the trustee agreement entered into on or before the Issue Date, between the Issuer and the Trustee, or any replacement trustee agreement entered into after the Issue Date between the Issuer and a trustee, regarding, inter alia, the remuneration payable to the Trustee or a replacement trustee.

  • Sale Order means an order or orders of the Bankruptcy Court in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Buyer and Seller approving this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions hereof, and approving and authorizing Seller to consummate the Transactions.

  • Adopting Order means an order of the Bureau adopting the terms of this Consent Decree without change, addition, deletion, or modification.

  • Escrow Trustee means the bank or trust company designated by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award as the initial escrow agent with respect to the Refunded Bonds under the Escrow Agreement and until a successor Escrow Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the provisions of the Escrow Agreement and, thereafter, "Escrow Trustee" shall mean the successor Escrow Trustee.

  • Depositor means Advisors Asset Management, Inc. and its successors in interest, or any successor depositor appointed as hereinafter provided."
