TSA Term definition

TSA Term means the “Term” as defined in the Transition Services, dated as of the date hereof, by and between Recro and Baudax.

Examples of TSA Term in a sentence

  • During the TSA Term, either Party may propose a change to a Transition Service or the addition of a new service (each change or addition a “Change” and each proposal a “Change Request”).

The relevant Renewal Date shall be specified in the notification of Renewal in accordance with Section 3 of Part 4.

  • Extended Use Period means the period beginning on the 1st day in the compliance period on which such building is part of a qualified low-income housing project, and ending on the later of the date specified by such agency in such agreement, or the date which is 15 years after the close of the compliance period.

  • Term Expiration Date means the earlier of (i) the date that is thirty (30) years after the Term Commencement Date; provided that if such date occurs within an NFL Season or within thirty (30) days following an NFL Season, such date shall be automatically extended to the date that is thirty (30) days following the end of such NFL Season, as applicable, or (ii) the date on which the Stadium Lease is terminated pursuant to the express rights and terms of the Stadium Lease.

  • Period of Agreement means 5 years from the date of Final acceptance of the Project.

  • Minimum Term means each minimum initial and subsequent period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule, the initial period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed or if not stated on the Service Agreement or order schedules, the Minimum Term will be 12 months or such other period as may be notified to you in accordance with paragraph 19.2.
