TSR Percentage definition

TSR Percentage means the TSR achieved with respect to a share of Common Stock from the Effective Date to the Valuation Date determined by following quotient: (A) the TSR divided by (B) the Baseline Value.

  • The number of Shares payable is the sum of the number of PSUs awarded multiplied by the TSR Percentage payable plus the number of PSUs awarded multiplied by the CGP Percentage payable.
