TSR Percentage definition

TSR Percentage means the TSR achieved with respect to a share of Common Stock from the Effective Date to the Valuation Date determined by following quotient: (A) the TSR divided by (B) the Baseline Value.

  • For example, if the Index Return for the Performance Period is negative eight percent (-8.0%) and the INVH TSR is negative seven percent (-7.0%), then the Relative TSR Percentage shall be 50%.
