TuasOne EPC Contract definition

TuasOne EPC Contract means the contract for design, engineering, procurement, construction, completion, start-up, testing and commissioning of waste-to-energy plant dated 26 April 2016 entered into between: (i) TuasOne Pte Ltd, as employer; and (ii) the Company, as contractor.

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • SWS wage assessment agreement means the document in the form required by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations that records the employee’s productive capacity and agreed wage rate

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
