Twentieth Supplemental Indenture definition

Twentieth Supplemental Indenture means the supplemental indenture dated as of November 1, 1992, hereinbefore referred to.

Twentieth Supplemental Indenture means this Twentieth Supplemental Indenture dated as of , as may be amended from time to time, authorizing the Bonds.

The term "the Mortgage" shall mean the Original Indenture as supplemented by the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth, Thirteenth, Fourteenth, Fifteenth, Sixteenth, Seventeenth, Eighteenth, Nineteenth, Twentieth, Twenty-First and Twenty-Second Supplemental Indentures and hereby, or as the same may from time to time hereafter be supplemented, modified, altered or amended by any supplemental indenture entered into pursuant to the provisions of the Original Indenture.

Twentieth Supplemental Indenture means the twentieth supplemental indenture to the Indenture, dated January 1, 2013, between the Company and Computershare for the purpose of giving effect to the succession and assumption of obligations.
