Type Design Approval definition

Type Design Approval means an approval issued by the CAAC before July 01, 2017 for type design of primary category and restricted category aircraft.
Type Design Approval means the issuance of a certificate, approval, or acceptance by, or on behalf of, an airworthiness authority for the type design of a product.
Type Design Approval means the certification, approval, or acceptance by the issuing airworthiness authority of the design of a product including its performance, operating characteristics, operating limitations, and environmental qualities.

More Definitions of Type Design Approval

Type Design Approval means the issuance of a certificate, approval or acceptance by, or on behalf of, an airworthiness authority for the type design of a product. "Class I product" is a type certificated or type design approved aircraft, aircraft engine, or propeller. "Class II product" is a major component of a Class I product, the failure of which would jeopardize the safety of a Class I product (e.g., wings, fuselages, landing gears, power transmissions, central surfaces, etc.), and any material, part or appliance manufactured under a CTSOA used on an aircraft. "Class III product" is any product other than Class I and Class II, including standard articles manufactured under the technical standards acceptable to the CAAC.
Type Design Approval means granting a certificate, approval or acceptance by or on behalf of the Authority for the type design of an aeroplane.

  • HSR Approval means expiration of all applicable waiting periods under the HSR Act (including any voluntary agreed extensions) or earlier termination thereof.

The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Initial approval means authorization to admit students and enter into contractual agreements for clinical facilities. It is granted only after an application has been submitted, reviewed and a survey visit made by the Board. No students shall be admitted to the program until the institution has received written notification that initial approval has been granted. Failure to comply will delay initial approval.

  • Maximum design heat input means the ability of a unit to combust a stated maximum amount of fuel per hour on a steady state basis, as determined by the physical design and physical characteristics of the unit.
