UK Guaranty definition

UK Guaranty means the guaranty of the UK Loan by American Apparel.
UK Guaranty that certain Guarantee dated as of April 21, 2015 made by the UK Guarantor, as may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • In the event that any of the terms of this Section 14 conflict with (i) the Canadian Guaranty as they relate to the Canadian Guarantors and/or (ii) the UK Guaranty as they relate to the UK Guarantors, the terms of the Canadian Guaranty and/or the UK Guaranty (as applicable) shall control.

More Definitions of UK Guaranty

UK Guaranty means a guaranty executed and delivered by Domestic Parent of the Indebtedness of the Subsidiary Borrower owing under the UK Loan Documents, the form and substance of which is satisfactory to Agent.
UK Guaranty means the guaranty issued by Borrower or a Guarantor of the obligations of the U.K. Subsidiaries to BNY UK under the U.K. Credit Agreement.
UK Guaranty means the unsecured guarantee obligations of Holdings set forth in Section 7 of the UK Loan Agreement and Section 3 of the UK Deed of Guarantee.
UK Guaranty means that certain Guarantee of even date herewith made by the UK Guarantor, as may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
UK Guaranty means the UK guarantee, dated as of August 1, 2006, and entered into by UK Security Trustee, the Parent Guarantor, ABMSC, Texas-LP, Mobile Storage (UK), Ravenstock Tam Hire, UK-LP, MSG Investments and the Luxembourg Subsidiary, among others, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
UK Guaranty means (i) the guaranty of each U.K. Guarantor contained in Section 17 and (ii) each guaranty (if any) executed and delivered by a U.K. Guarantor in favor of Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Group, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, in each case, with respect to the U.K. Guarantied Obligations.
