  • Nothing in this clause 14 imposes an obligation on Deputy to monitor or screen the Deputy Application, Deputy Infrastructure or their contents for any Unacceptable Content and Deputy will not be responsible for any Unacceptable Content uploaded but not removed.


More Definitions of Unacceptable Content

Unacceptable Content any content or behavior in the course of use of the Platform that is either unlawful or unacceptable in accordance with generally accepted rules of behavior, including, inter alia, the following examples:
Unacceptable Content means any material of any nature whatsoever which is or contains any material that: (i) is or may be defamatory, libellous, obscene, in contempt of court or in contravention of any law or regulation or infringes the rights of any third party; and/or (ii) promotes violence or discrimination based on race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, physical disability, mental disability, age or which promotes any illegal activities; and/or (iii) is Malware;
Unacceptable Content means any material of any nature which is, or which contains, any viruses, worms, trojan horses, or any other contaminants that may be used to access and/or modify, delete or damage any data files or other computer programmes and content is illegal to electronically publish and/or send over the Internet.
Unacceptable Content means any material of any nature whatsoever which is or which contains any material which: (i) is or may be defamatory, libellous, obscene, in contempt of court or in contravention of any law, statute, directive or regulation or which infringes the rights of any third party; and/or (ii) promotes violence or discrimination based on race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, physical disability, mental disability, age or which promotes any illegal activities; and/or (iii) is a Virus;
Unacceptable Content means any content which, in Deputy’s reasonable opinion, is obscene, offensive, upsetting, defamatory, illegal or inappropriate, infringes or appears to infringe the intellectual property rights of any person or contravenes or appears to contravene any applicable laws, regulations or codes of conduct.
Unacceptable Content means any material of any nature which: (i) is defamatory, indecent, obscene, or which would, if published, constitute a contempt of court; (ii) promotes violence or Illegal activities or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, sexuality, religion, national origin, physical disability or age; (iii) contains any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware or other contaminants that may be used to interfere with or access and modify, delete or damage any data files or other computer programs; (iv) provides access to any such contaminants; (v) breaches the rights, including the Intellectual Property Rights, of any third party; (vi) might expose Cannavoices, its Affiliates, assignees or licensees to any civil and/or criminal proceedings; and/or (vii) breaches any applicable laws.
Unacceptable Content. Just One Chesed will use common sense and business sense regarding Content or behavior allowed on or through the Just One Chesed Service. Unacceptable Content or behavior include: Abuse, harassment, threats, flaming or intimidation of any person or organization. Engaging in or contributing to any illegal activity or activity that violates others' rights. Use of derogatory, discriminatory or excessively graphic language. Providing information that is false, misleading or inaccurate. Hacking or modifying the Just One Chesed Service or another Web site to falsely imply an association with Just One Chesed. Implying or pretending to be affiliated with a company or organization with which you are not affiliated, or misrepresenting the extent of your affiliation or role with an affiliated company or organization. Transmitting worms, viruses or harmful software. Sending unwanted messages to other users (aka "spam"). Disclosing personal or proprietary information of another person or organization.
