Unauthorised Overrun Quantity definition

Unauthorised Overrun Quantity on any Day, shall mean the quantities above the Scheduled Quantity offtaken by the Shipper at a Redelivery Point and shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the Operating Code
Unauthorised Overrun Quantity means the quantities above the Scheduled Quantity off-taken by the Shipper at an Exit Point on any Day determined in accordance with the methodology mentioned in Access Code.
Unauthorised Overrun Quantity means, in respect of a GTA, the difference, if positive, between Shipper’s Allocated Quantity at the Exit Point and 110% of the Scheduled Quantity at the Exit Point for the Day.
