Unauthorized Attachment definition

Unauthorized Attachment means an attachment that does not have a permit and a governing agreement subject to the provisions of 860-028-0120(1).
Unauthorized Attachment is any Attachment or Modification made without the approval of UTILITY pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Unauthorized Attachment means an Attachment or any other affixing or placing of Licensee’s facilities onto AE property for which Licensee does not have a valid Attachment License, or which does not comply with the terms of this Agreement, the Section 6 of the Utilities Criteria Manual (Pole Attachments), Design Documents or the Electrical Code.

  • Such charge shall be paid by Licensee without prejudice to any of UTILITY's other rights under this Agreement, including UTILITY's right to remove such Unauthorized Attachment under the circumstances described elsewhere in this Agreement.


More Definitions of Unauthorized Attachment

Unauthorized Attachment means an attachment that does not have a permit and a governing agreement.
Unauthorized Attachment means any Communications Facilities that do not appear in Appendix A or that otherwise fail to the meet the definition of the term “Attachment” provided in this Agreement and which are placed on Pole(s) without the approval required by this Agreement. The term includes any structure on a Town Public Way not authorized by this Agreement and the Town Code.
Unauthorized Attachment means any attachment placed on City’s or Utility’s poles without a permit as required by this regulation, provided the wireless provider’s previously authorized attachments made pursuant to a prior written agreement between the parties shall not be considered unauthorized attachments.

Unauthorized Attachment means an attachment that does not have a Ppermit as defined in these rules.
