Unclaimed Prize definition

Unclaimed Prize means any cash Prize for a Winning Ticket that has not been presented for payment within 180 days of the Ticket’s valid purchase date.

Unclaimed Prize means any cash Prize for a winning Keno Ticket that has not been presented for payment within 180 days of the Drawing date for which the Ticket was purchased.

Unclaimed Prize means any cash Prize for a Winning Powerball® Play that has not been presented for payment, along with the documentation, if any, required by these Rules, within 180 days of the Play’s valid draw date.

Examples of Unclaimed Prize in a sentence

• Any Prize for which a taxpayer identification number has been requested but not furnished within 180 days of the date of the Drawing from which the winning Play resulted will be forfeited and treated as an Unclaimed Prize.

• Any unclaimed or un-verified prizes will be awarded during the Unclaimed Prize Draw outlined in Item 16.

• We will notify winners of any Unclaimed Prize Draw, and publish their names, in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw details specified in the Schedule.

• The Promoter may conduct the Unclaimed Prize Draw without the need to seek approval from the relevant regulator in NSW, Australia.

• Winners of unclaimed prizes will be notified and have their names and State/Territory of residence published in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements.

More Definitions of Unclaimed Prize
