Uncollected Fees definition

Uncollected Fees means with respect to any Mortgage Loan, any accrued late charges, NSF fees, assumption fees, and other fees charged to Mortgagors in connection with the servicing or subservicing of such Mortgage Loan which have not been collected by the Borrower as of the related Funding Date.
Uncollected Fees. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, any accrued late charges, NSF fees, assumption fees, and other fees charged to Mortgagors in connection with the servicing or subservicing of such Mortgage Loan which have not been collected by PMAC or Subservicer as of the related Funding Date.

More Definitions of Uncollected Fees

Uncollected Fees means any Retry Fees that were assessed on Class Members but not collected. For purposes of this Agreement, the Parties agree that the Uncollected Fees are Three Hundred Forty One Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Nine Dollars ($341,869.00).
Uncollected Fees means any Overdraft Fees and Retry Fees that were assessed on Settlement Class Members but not collected, in the amount of $57,000.
Uncollected Fees means the total amount of overdraft and non-sufficient funds fees (including, but not limited to APSN Fees, Multiple NSF Fees, and Sufficient Funds Fees) charged to a Class Member’s Account, but not paid, and where the Account has been closed with a negative balance.
Uncollected Fees means any Sufficient Funds Fees or Retry Fees that were assessed during the Class Period but were not paid because they were charged-off, which Defendant estimates are in the total amount of at least one hundred eighty thousand dollars and zero cents ($180,000.00).
Uncollected Fees means any APSN Fees Multiple NSF Fees, Overdraft Transfer Fees or Phantom Transaction Fees that were assessed but were not paid because they were charged off, which is estimated to be approximately one million eight hundred thousand and 00/100 dollars ($1,800,000.00).
