Uncommitted Toll definition

Uncommitted Toll means the tolls and charges charged to a Shipper pursuant to the Tariff.
Uncommitted Toll means the toll charged to a Shipper for transportation pursuant to Carrier’s toll schedules that is not subject to a TSA.
Uncommitted Toll or "Uncommitted Service Toll" means the tolls payable under the Tariff by Uncommitted Shippers for uncommitted volumes shipped on the Mainline System.

  • In any Month that Xxxxxxx’s Allocated Volume exceeds its Monthly Volume in accordance with the Tariff, not including any Make-Up Volumes pursuant to ARTICLE 8 (such excess volume being the “Excess Volume”), Shipper shall pay to Carrier on the Payment Due Date an amount equal to the product obtained by multiplying the Uncommitted Toll by the Excess Volume.

Uncommitted Toll has the meaning given in the Rules and Regulations. “Variable Toll” means the “Variable Toll” described in Part D of Appendix B. “Working Stock” has the meaning given in the Rules and Regulations. “Year” has the meaning given in the Rules and Regulations. Additional terms used primarily in Appendix B are defined in Appendix B.
