Uncommitted Toll means the toll payable by shippers for uncommitted volumes shipped on the Mainline System as provided for in the Rules and Regulations and published in Carrier’s NEB approved tariff;

Uncommitted Toll has the meaning given in the Rules and Regulations. “Variable Toll” means the “Variable Toll” described in Part D of Appendix B. “Working Stock” has the meaning given in the Rules and Regulations. “Year” has the meaning given in the Rules and Regulations. Additional terms used primarily in Appendix B are defined in Appendix B.

Uncommitted Toll means the tolls and other charges contained in the Petroleum Toll Schedule

Uncommitted Toll means the toll payable pursuant to the Toll approved for transportation of Uncommitted Volumes of Crude Petroleum; and

Uncommitted Toll means the tolls and other charges payable by Shippers for uncommitted volumes pursuant to the Tariff.

Uncommitted Toll means the tolls and charges charged to a Shipper pursuant to the tariffs filed at the NEB by Carrier.
