Uncommitted Toll definition

Uncommitted Toll or "Uncommitted Service Toll" means the tolls payable under the Tariff by Uncommitted Shippers for uncommitted volumes shipped on the Mainline System.
Uncommitted Toll means the tolls and charges charged to a Shipper pursuant to the Tariff.
Uncommitted Toll means the toll charged to a Shipper for transportation pursuant to Carrier’s toll schedules that is not subject to a TSA.

  • Shipper acknowledges that the differential between the Uncommitted Toll and the Committed Toll may change during the Term.

  • To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, the per barrel Uncommitted Toll payable by shippers for Actual Shipments of Uncommitted Volumes on the Pipeline shall be the applicable per barrel toll set forth in the Toll Tariffs.

  • In any Month that Xxxxxxx’s Allocated Volume exceeds its Monthly Volume in accordance with the Tariff, not including any Make-Up Volumes pursuant to ARTICLE 8 (such excess volume being the “Excess Volume”), Shipper shall pay to Carrier on the Payment Due Date an amount equal to the product obtained by multiplying the Uncommitted Toll by the Excess Volume.

  • Uncommitted Tolls will be calculated to provide a premium such that the total Uncommitted Toll from any Canadian Origination Point to Montreal is no more than 22% over the estimated Line 9 International Joint Tariff to Montreal as set forth in Schedule B.

  • The Committed Toll and Uncommitted Toll will be adjusted to include any incremental tolls resulting from an NEB order in relation to LMCI.


More Definitions of Uncommitted Toll

Uncommitted Toll has the meaning set forth in the Transportation Service Agreement; and
Uncommitted Toll has the meaning given in the Rules and Regulations. “Variable Toll” means the “Variable Toll” described in Part D of Appendix B. “Working Stock” has the meaning given in the Rules and Regulations. “Year” has the meaning given in the Rules and Regulations. Additional terms used primarily in Appendix B are defined in Appendix B.
Uncommitted Toll means the tolls and other charges contained in the Petroleum Toll ScheduleUncommitted Volume.
Uncommitted Toll means the toll payable by shippers for uncommitted volumes shipped on the Mainline System as provided for in the Rules and Regulations and published in Carrier’s NEB approved tariff;
Uncommitted Toll means the tolls and other charges payable by Shippers for uncommitted volumes pursuant to the Tariff.
Uncommitted Toll means a toll included in the Enbridge Tariff, Lakehead Tariff or Enbridge Joint Tariff, as applicable, for the transportation of Uncommitted Volumes, as may be adjusted in accordance with the terms herein and the Enbridge Tariff, Lakehead Tariff or Enbridge Joint Tariff, as applicable;
Uncommitted Toll means the toll payable pursuant to the Toll approved for transportation of Uncommitted Volumes of Crude Petroleum; and
