Underground Garage definition

Underground Garage means a private garage used for the storage of passenger automobiles and located entirely below grade.
Underground Garage means the part of the real estate located in District 5, Budapest, registered under land registry no. 29732/11, defined as the Museum Underground Garage, which is covered by the territorial scope of these GTC.

Underground Garage means a structure or space below grade, used for the storage of one or more vehicles, in which structure no business or service is conducted for profit or otherwise.

  • Underground tank means a device meeting the definition of tank whose entire surface area is totally below the surface of and covered by the ground.

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground.
