Uniform administrative procedures definition

Uniform administrative procedures means the procedures adopted by the commission, after consideration of any recommendations from the rules development committee, which state and local officials, and other parties, in one state, will utilize to assure state and local officials, and other parties in other states, of the substantial compliance of industrialized or modular building construction with the construction standard of requirements of such other states; to assess the adequacy of building systems; and to verify and assure the competency and performance of evaluation and inspection agencies.
