Union Plan definition

Union Plan means any benefit plan maintained or administered by a union to which the Company is a party.
Union Plan shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.1 of this Agreement.

Union Plan means an employee welfare benefit plan governed by the provisions of the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (29 U.S.C. Sec. 1001 et seq.) in which an employee organi- zation participates and that exists for the purpose, in whole or in part, of dealing with employers concerning an employee welfare benefit plan.
