Union Registry definition

Union Registry means the Registry referred to as the 'Community Registry' in Article 19(1) of the EU ETS Directive;
Union Registry means the registry established and maintained in accordance with Article 19 of Directive 2003/87/EC for the execution of processes pertaining to the maintenance of holding accounts and the allocation, surrender and cancellation of allowances;
Union Registry means the register established pursuant to Article 19 of the EU ETS Directive.

  • The competent authority of a Member State shall instruct the national administrator to open a national holding account in the Union Registry within 20 working days of the receipt of the information set out in Annex III.

  • Foreign Registrar means the entity that carries out the duties of registrar for the Shares and any other agent of the Company for the transfer and registration of Shares, including, without limitation, any securities depository for the Shares.
