Unit Completion definition

Unit Completion has the meaning set forth in the Construction Contract. “Unit Owner” means the residential owner or purchaser of a Unit.
Unit Completion has the meaning given in Clause 7.4.2(g); "Unit SPAs" has the meaning given in Clause 7.4.2(e); "Unused Call" has the meaning given in Clause 15.5.3;

Examples of Unit Completion in a sentence

  • The Agency shall give notice to the Trustee, in accordance with Section 7.3, when Construction Unit Completion for each Construction Unit and Final Completion, respectively, has been achieved.

  • This Notice is the Unit Completion Form as defined in and as may be issued in terms of the PPA.

  • If the Agency validly objects to the Unit Completion Certificate, then the date of approval will be considered to be the date that the Contractor has satisfied such objection.

  • The Warranties with respect to each Construction Unit will be effective for a period of two years following the Construction Unit Completion Date for such Construction Unit (the “Warranty Period”); provided that the Construction Unit is operated and maintained in accordance with the ECM Installations Operation Manual.

  • The Contractor shall use the critical path method to monitor and analyze the factors that are delaying or could delay achieving Construction Unit Completion of any Construction Unit.

  • If the Agency fails to approve or object to the Unit Completion Certificate within such 30-day period, the Unit Completion Certificate will be deemed to have been approved.

  • Within 30 days of receipt of the Unit Completion Certificate, the Agency shall either approve the Unit Completion Certificate or state its objection and provide the Contractor with a detailed explanation therefor.

  • On the later to occur of the Contractor’s completion of (i) the punch list items or (ii) Construction Unit Completion, the Contractor may requisition the balance of the retainage amount.

Related to Unit Completion

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Completion means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.

  • Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Practical Completion means that stage in the execution of a Named Project when the Works have been completed in accordance with the terms of the relevant Building Contract and/or the terms of this Agreement such that the AHP Dwellings comprised within the Named Project are fit for beneficial occupation as a residential development in accordance with applicable NHBC or equivalent requirements current at the date of inspection subject only to the existence of minor defects and/or minor omissions at the time of inspection which are capable of being made good or carried out without materially interfering with the beneficial use and enjoyment of the Named Project and which would be reasonable to include in a snagging list, and Practically Complete shall be construed accordingly; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the DPA; Procurement Law means (as the case may be):

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;
