Unit Installation Completion Date means the date that all Seller-furnished Work required by this Contract has been completed by Seller for the applicable Unit and any remaining Purchaser-furnished work may commence in preparation for final completion.

Examples of Unit Installation Completion Date in a sentence

  • If Seller prevails in the dispute, the date of Purchaser’s receipt of Seller’s Notices of Unit Installation Completion will be deemed the Unit Installation Completion Date for both Units #1 and #2.

  • Seller shall perform all the Work to achieve Unit Installation for Unit #4 on or before the Unit Installation Completion Date for Unit #4 set forth in Attachment 6 (“Scheduled Completion Dates”) and to achieve scheduled Substantial Completion for Unit #4 on or before the Substantial Completion Date for Unit #4 set forth in Attachment 6.

  • When Unit Installation for Unit #4 has been achieved, Red River Environmental Products, LLC shall countersign this Notice to show the Unit Installation Completion Date, in accordance with the referenced Contract.

  • Seller shall perform all the Work to achieve Unit Installation for Unit #3 on or before the Unit Installation Completion Date for Unit #3 set forth in Attachment 6 (“Scheduled Completion Dates”) and to achieve scheduled Substantial Completion for Unit #3 on or before the Substantial Completion Date for Unit #3 set forth in Attachment 6.

  • At any time following the Unit Installation Completion Date, Purchaser may direct or approve, by written notice to Seller, a reduction in amount or termination of the Bond for Unit #3 so as to facilitate the issuance or enhancement of performance security provided by or on behalf of Seller under the other Multi-Hearth Furnace Contracts.

  • At any time following the Unit Installation Completion Date, Purchaser may direct or approve, by written notice to Seller, a reduction in amount or termination of the Bond for Unit #4 so as to facilitate the issuance or enhancement of performance security provided by or on behalf of Seller under the other Multi-Hearth Furnace Contracts.

Related to Unit Installation Completion Date

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.

  • Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

  • Existing installation means an installation, construction of which began prior to the effective date of any regulation having application to it.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • New installation means an installation, construction of which began after the effective date of any regulation having application to it.

  • Commercial Operations Date or "COD": The date on which Facility first achieves Commercial Operations.

  • Nuclear installation means any installation of such class or description as may be prescribed by regulations made by the relevant Secretary of State from time to time by statutory instrument, being an installation designed or adapted for:
