Unit Securities definition

Unit Securities means investment units comprised of (a) mandatorily redeemable preferred securities (i) issued by one or more Delaware business trusts formed by Conseco and (ii) guaranteed by Conseco, including specifically, "MIPS," QuIPS," "TOPrS" and "TruPS," and (b) equity forward contracts for the purchase of common stock of Conseco (which forward contracts shall have a settlement date that is earlier than the stated maturity of such preferred securities) collateralized by such preferred securities or government securities in lieu thereof (including, without limitation, principal and interest strips thereof).

Unit Securities means the Common Stock and Warrants to be comprised in the Units.

Unit Securities means the Units, Unit Shares, Warrants and Warrant Shares;

Examples of Unit Securities in a sentence

• The Unit Securities will not be separately transferable until the Separation Date.

• The Unit Securities will not be separately transferable until the Separation Date as defined in the Unit Agreement (as hereinafter defined).

• Each Unit evidenced thereby shall consist of the Unit Securities.

• Upon surrender at the corporate trust office of the Unit Agent, Unit Certificates evidencing Units may be exchanged for Unit Certificates in other denominations evidencing such Units or the transfer thereof may be registered in whole or in part; provided that such other Unit Certificates evidence Units for the same aggregate number of Unit Securities as the Unit Certificates so surrendered.

More Definitions of Unit Securities

Unit Securities shall have the meaning ascribed to it above;

Unit Securities means the (i) Pari Passu Notes, (ii) Subordinated Notes, (iii) Lafitte Notes, (iv) Preferred Units, (v) Debt Warrant, and (vi) Preferred Warrant, each as described in the September Subscription Agreement, purchased by the Holders pursuant to the September Subscription Agreement.
