Investment Units definition

Investment Units has the meaning ascribed to such term in the LLC Agreement.

Investment Units means a investment unit which Purchaser intends to purchase, and each Investment Unit includes a single share of common stock of the Company and a four year purchase warrant to purchase 0.5 share of common stock of the Company with exercise price at $0.725 (“Class BA purchase warrant”) and a five year purchase warrant to purchase 0.5 share of the common stock of the Company with exercise price at $1.10 (“Class BB purchase warrant”).

Investment Units means investment units and units-linked life insurance policy; “Unit-linked life insurance policy” means investment units of mutual fund

• In addition to the Fund Management Company, further distributors participate in the distribution of the Investment Units.

• Upon receipt of the funds for the redeemed Investment Units, the cash withdrawal fee or transfer fee specified in the Distributor’s latest terms of business shall be charged to the Investor.
