The Debtor reserves the right, after confirmation, to seek the closing of this bankruptcy proceeding prior to the entry of an Order of Discharge, upon the payment of the initial payments under this Plan, payment of all outstanding quarterly United States Trustee Fees, and the filing of any outstanding federal income tax returns.
