University Unit definition

University Unit means any academic or non-academic department or division of the University or any other official entity of the University.
University Unit means the Board of Trustees, the Chancellor, and all University Divisions, Departments, Associated Entities, Registered Student Organizations, Centers, Institutes and any other organization that is wholly sanctioned, supervised and governed by the University or a Division or Department of the University.
