Unmetered Supplies Certificate definition

Unmetered Supplies Certificate means a certificate issued by the Company in its sole discretion to a Customer under the Unmetered Supplies Procedure which states (amongst other things) the Supply Numbers of the Metering Points by reference to which the Company has authorised the Customer to receive Unmetered Supplies;
Unmetered Supplies Certificate means a certificate issued by the Company under the Unmetered Supplies Procedure stating, among other things, the MSID(s) (as defined in the Unmetered Supplies Procedure) allocated to one or more Items;
Unmetered Supplies Certificate means a certificate issued by SHP’s Billing Agent (in its sole discretion) to a Customer in accordance with the Unmetered Supplies Procedure which states (amongst other things) the Supply Numbers of the Metering Points by reference to which SHP’s Billing Agent has authorised the Customer to receive Unmetered Supplies.

Unmetered Supplies Certificate means an Unmetered Supplies Certificate as issued under the Unmetered Supplies Procedure; "Unmetered Supplies means: Procedure" (i) in England and Wales, schedule 29 of the Pooling and Settlement Agreement; and (ii) in Scotland, the Market Procedure of that name or other corresponding provision made pursuant to the Settlement Agreement for Scotland; "Use of System Agreement" means the agreement of that name between a Host PES and a Supplier pursuant to which the relevant Host PES agrees to distribute electricity to the Customers of the relevant Supplier through the relevant Host PES's Distribution System and in Scotland through its Transmission System and Distribution System; "User File Design Specification" has the meaning given to that term in the Data Transfer Catalogue; "Valid Application for has the meaning given to that term in Clauses 15.6 or 20.2, Registration" as appropriate; "Valid Notice of Objection" has the meaning given to that term in Clause 16.3; "Validation Procedures" has the meaning given to that term in Clause 28.3; "VAT" has the meaning given to that term in the Value Added Tax Acx 0000 xnd any tax of a similar nature which may be substituted for or levied in addition to it; "Weighted Votes" has the meaning given to that term in Clause 6.8; and "Working Day" has the meaning given to that term in Section 64 of the Act for England and Wales.
