Unpaved road definition
Unpaved road means a thoroughfare or right-of-way other than a paved road designed or used for vehicular traffic.
Unpaved road means a road which has a surface that does not meet the definition of a paved road. The road surface may be dirt, rock, gravel, or other non-solidified material and may have a dust palliative applied.
Unpaved road means a road which is not covered with dust-suppressing materials and maintained in such a manner that visible emissions of dust from the road surface are permanently prevented other than during times of normal cleaning and/or after flooding.
