Unremarketed Bonds definition

Unremarketed Bonds means Bonds with respect to which the Purchaser has not received payment of the Mandatory Tender Purchase Price, if any, on the Mandatory Tender Date.
Unremarketed Bonds means Bonds which have been purchased pursuant to Sections 5.01, 5.03 or 5.04 hereof but which have not been remarketed.
Unremarketed Bonds means Bonds with respect to which the Bank has not received payment of the Mandatory Tender Purchase Price, if any, on the Mandatory Tender Date.

More Definitions of Unremarketed Bonds

Unremarketed Bonds has the meaning given to such term in the Indenture.
