Unrestricted Persons means ETP and its subsidiaries and, unless subsequently designated as a Restricted Subsidiary pursuant to Section 6.11, any Subsidiary of the Borrower which is designated as an Unrestricted Person pursuant to Section 6.11.
Unrestricted Persons means each MLP, the Company, each Drop Down Entity and their respective subsidiaries, Sigma Acquisition Corporation, Citrus ETE Acquisition, L.L.C., SUG Holdco and, unless subsequently designated as a Restricted Subsidiary pursuant to Section 6.11, any Subsidiary of the Borrower that is designated as an Unrestricted Person pursuant to Section 6.11.
Unrestricted Persons means each MLP and its respective subsidiaries and, unless subsequently designated as a Restricted Subsidiary pursuant to Section 6.11, any Subsidiary of the Borrower which is designated as an Unrestricted Person pursuant to Section 6.11.

The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, commingle their respective Deposit Accounts or Accounts (as such terms are defined in Article 9 of the UCC) with the Deposit Accounts or Accounts of any of its Unrestricted Persons.
