Unrestricted Reserves definition

Unrestricted Reserves means financial Reserves held by the Organisation which are not subject to legal obligation or commitment.
Unrestricted Reserves means any amount of the accumulated surplus that is left unrestricted for operational spending and remains in the organization’s cash account;
Unrestricted Reserves means cash and other reserves of the Disposal System which are not Restricted Reserves.
