Unscheduled Downtime means any time when any or all of the applications and Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer shall be unavailable to the Customer due to unexpected system failures other than Scheduled Downtime or the downtime is attributable to events not under the control of the Supplier.
Curtailment Any Principal Prepayment made by a Mortgagor which is not a Principal Prepayment in Full.
Unscheduled Outage means an interruption resulting in reduction of the Availability of the Element(s) / Project (as the case may be) that is not a result of a Scheduled Outage or a Force Majeure Event.
Interruption means a reduction in non-firm transmission service due to economic reasons pursuant to Tariff, Part II, section 14.7.
Service Interruption means the cessation of electricity supply to an ICP for a period of 1 minute or longer, other than by reason of De-energisation of that ICP:
Unplanned Service Interruption means any Service Interruption where events or circumstances prevent the timely communication of prior warning or notice to the Trader or any affected Customer;
Planned Service Interruption means a Service Interruption that has been scheduled to occur in accordance with Schedule 5;
Interruption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5 hereof.
Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
Outages means the planned unavailability of transmission and/or generation facilities dispatched by PJM or the NYISO, as described in Section 35.9 of this Agreement.
Outage has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Services Interruption Event means any interruption to a Works caused by; a Force Majeure Event, the Customer’s failure to carry out or perform any obligation required of it under this agreement which in the sole opinion of the Company does or may cause a delay in the Works and any other matter which in the reasonable opinion of the Company will cause an interruption or delay in the performance of the Works;
Downtime means the Total Minutes in the Month during which the Cloud Service (or Servers for Server Provisioning) does not respond to a request from SAP’s Point of Demarcation for the data center providing the Cloud Service (or Server for Server Provisioning), excluding Excluded Downtime.
Scheduled Outage means the final outage plan as approved by the RPC as per the provisions of the Grid Code;
Unscheduled Payments With respect to any Distribution Date, all payments and collections received with respect to the Whole Loan or upon foreclosure or liquidation of the Property (net of related foreclosure expenses and Liquidation Expenses) during the related Collection Period including, but not limited to, prepayments due to acceleration of the Whole Loan, Net Liquidation Proceeds, Net Foreclosure Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds, voluntary prepayments and other payments and collections on the Trust Loan or Whole Loan, as applicable, not scheduled to be received, other than Monthly Payments or any Balloon Payment.
Electrical Losses means all applicable losses, including the following: (a) any transmission or transformation losses between the CAISO revenue meter(s) and the Delivery Point; and (b) the Distribution Loss Factor, if applicable.
Interruptible means that either party may interrupt its performance at any time for any reason, whether or not caused by an event of Force Majeure, with no liability, except such interrupting party may be responsible for any Imbalance Charges as set forth in Section 4.3 related to its interruption after the nomination is made to the Transporter and until the change in deliveries and/or receipts is confirmed by Transporter.
Service line sample means a one (1) liter sample of water collected in accordance with section 37(b)(3) of this rule that has been standing at least six (6) hours in a service line.
Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.
Transponder means an access device used to gain entry to the parking facility;
Consequential Loss means indirect or consequential loss or damage such as, but not limited to, loss of contract, bargain, expectation, opportunity, profit, production, revenue, anticipated cost reduction or interest payable howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with this Contract.
Interruptible Capacity means capacity that may be interrupted by the Operator at any time in order to fulfil shippers’ nominations under a firm capacity reservation.
Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.
Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.
Planned Downtime means planned downtime for upgrades and maintenance to the Services scheduled in advance of such upgrades and maintenance.
Maintenance Outage means a time period during which Seller plans to reduce the Power Output of the Power Product, in full or in part, in order to facilitate maintenance work on the Generating Facility, other than a Major Overhaul.
