Unsecured Guarantors definition

Unsecured Guarantors means each of the Guarantors other than the Secured Guarantors.
Unsecured Guarantors means the “Guarantors” (or equivalent) under and as defined in any Unsecured Facilities Agreement and each member of the Group or any Debtor that is a guarantor under the Unsecured Notes in accordance with an Unsecured Notes Indenture and which must be a Senior Secured Notes Guarantor (if any Senior Secured Notes have been issued, and the Senior Secured Notes Discharge Date has not occurred), a Pari Passu Debt Guarantor (if any Pari Passu Debt Documents have been entered into, and the Pari Passu Debt Discharge Date has not occurred) and a Senior Guarantor (if the Senior Discharge Date has not occurred).
Unsecured Guarantors means those Guarantors who have not provided security over any Facility Collateral including those Guarantors listed on Schedule 1.01(b) under the heading “Unsecured Guarantors”.

More Definitions of Unsecured Guarantors

Unsecured Guarantors means any Guarantor that is not a Secured Guarantor.
Unsecured Guarantors means (i) the Initial Subsidiary Guarantors and (ii) any Additional Guarantors, in each case, that are not First Lien Guarantors, Second Lien Guarantors or March 2029 Notes Unsecured Guarantors.
Unsecured Guarantors means Tüprag, Eldorado Gold (Greece) B.V. and each Restricted Subsidiary formed or acquired after the Issue Date that is a borrower or guarantor under the Senior Credit Facility that provides a Note Guarantee pursuant to the terms of the Indenture on an unsecured basis; provided that upon release or discharge of any Restricted Subsidiary of the Company from its Note Guarantee in accordance with the Indenture, such Restricted Subsidiary shall cease to be an Unsecured Guarantor.
Unsecured Guarantors means all them collectively.

  • Subsidiary Guarantors means any Subsidiary of the Company who may execute this Indenture, or a supplement hereto, for the purpose of providing a Guarantee of Debt Securities pursuant to this Indenture until a successor Person shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter “Subsidiary Guarantors” shall mean such successor Person.

  • Guarantors means Holdings and the Subsidiary Guarantors.

  • Subsidiary Guarantor means each Subsidiary that has executed and delivered a Subsidiary Guaranty.
