Unserviceable Parts definition

Unserviceable Parts means Pledged Spare Parts that are not Serviceable Parts.
Unserviceable Parts means Pledged Spare Parts or Non-Pledged Spare Parts, as the context requires, that have been either removed from service (i) because they did not Collateral Maintenance Agreement work correctly or (ii) because upon inspection and testing, they were found not to meet certain prescribed standards.
Unserviceable Parts means as of any date of determination, Inventory ------------------- consisting of parts which are repairable in accordance with the then-prevailing customs and standards of Borrowers' industry or in accordance with the regulatory requirements of any applicable Government Authority but which in the exercise of reasonable business judgment Borrowers have elected not to repair at such time.

Unserviceable Parts means an LRP installed in an Engine, which has become unserviceable according to the conditions set forth in this Agreement.

"U.S. Government" means the federal government of the United States, or any instrumentality or agency thereof the obligations of which are guaranteed by the full faith and credit of the federal government of the United States.

  • Serviceable when used to describe an Engine or Part, means in an airworthy condition within the limits defined in the applicable Engine manuals, specification and/or publications by the type certificate holder.

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

Dry cleaning fluid does not include spot remover or carpet and upholstery cleaner. For the purposes of this definition, S-coded fabric means an upholstery fabric designed to be cleaned only with water-free spot cleaning products as specified by the Joint Industry Fabric Standards Committee.

  • Cleaning means the act of removing septage or other wastes from a wastewater treatment system component or grease/waste from a grease interceptor.

  • Recycled water or “reclaimed water” means treated or recycled waste water of a quality suitable for non-potable uses such as landscape irrigation and water features. This water is not intended for human consumption.

  • Plasma arc incinerator means any enclosed device using a high intensity electrical discharge or arc as a source of heat followed by an afterburner using controlled flame combustion and which is not listed as an industrial furnace.
