Unused Funds definition

Unused Funds means the remaining funds from a specific funding source following the complete implementation of the environmental mitigation or response actions pursuant to the terms and conditions of the contribution.
Unused Funds means any undisbursed or unused funds from the GCF Proceeds for a Funded Activity, for which no further disbursements, liabilities or costs are due to be made or paid by the Accredited Entity (or any other entity involved in the relevant Funded Activity); and

Examples of Unused Funds in a sentence

  • Any Unused Funds Fee that shall not be paid by the tenth (10th) day of each calendar quarter shall accrue interest at the rate of seventeen percent (17%) per annum until paid in full together with such accrued interest.

More Definitions of Unused Funds

Unused Funds means any undisbursed or unused funds from any SCF Project or Administrative Budget which: (a) the Trustee has committed pursuant to Section 3.1; and (b) are no longer due to be disbursed following completion of activities for which SCF funding was provided.
