Unused Funds definition

Unused Funds means the remaining funds from a specific funding source following the complete implementation of the environmental mitigation or response actions pursuant to the terms and conditions of the contribution.
Unused Funds means any undisbursed or unused funds from the GCF Proceeds for a Funded Activity, for which no further disbursements, liabilities or costs are due to be made or paid by the Accredited Entity (or any other entity involved in the relevant Funded Activity); and
Unused Funds means the remaining funds from a specific funding source

More Definitions of Unused Funds

Unused Funds means any undisbursed or unused funds from any SCF Project or Administrative Budget which: (a) the Trustee has committed pursuant to Section 3.1; and (b) are no longer due to be disbursed following completion of activities for which SCF funding was provided. For the avoidance of doubt, in the case of Core Administrative Budget, Unused Funds means any undisbursed or unused funds committed by the Trustee, which are no longer due to be disbursed for the activities carried out during the period for which the budget was provided.
Unused Funds means any amount of Trust Fund funds, for which: (a) the Trustee has committed to the IE under this Agreement, but (b) no further expenditure or disbursement is due to be incurred or made by the IE (including, but not limited to, due to a completion, cancellation or amendment of relevant PPR Activity).
Unused Funds means any amount of Trust Fund funds, for which: (a) the Trustee has committed to the Responding Agency under this Agreement, but (b) no further expenditure or disbursement is due to be incurred or made by the Responding Agency (including, but not limited to, due to a completion, cancellation or amendment of the relevant Response Activity); and
Unused Funds means any funds not used and any cost savings achieved as a result of operating
Unused Funds. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Xxxxxxx agrees to return any unexpended or unaccounted-for funds to Creative Commons.
