Unused Funds definition
Unused Funds means any amount of Trust Fund funds, for which: (a) the Trustee has committed to the IE under this Agreement, but (b) no further expenditure or disbursement is due to be incurred or made by the IE (including, but not limited to, due to a completion, cancellation or amendment of relevant PPR Activity).
Unused Funds means any undisbursed or unused funds from the GCF Proceeds for a Funded Activity, for which no further disbursements, liabilities or costs are due to be made or paid by the Accredited Entity (or any other entity involved in the relevant Funded Activity); and
Unused Funds means the remaining funds from a specific funding source following the complete implementation of the environmental mitigation or response actions pursuant to the terms and conditions of the contribution.

Unallocated and/or unused funds are subject to subsection 12.G.4. (Unallocated and/or Unused Funds).
Section 5.2. Any Unused Funds from PPR Activities reported by the IE shall be reflected in a cancellation of commitment by the Trustee pursuant to Section 2.1(d) above.
Section 5.4. If so requested by the Trustee in writing, the IE shall return to the Trustee, to such account as the Trustee may designate, any Unused Funds from PPR Activities that are held by the IE.

More Definitions of Unused Funds
Unused Funds means the remaining funds from a specific funding source
Unused Funds means any undisbursed or unused funds from any SCF Project or Administrative Budget which: (a) the Trustee has committed pursuant to Section 3.1; and (b) are no longer due to be disbursed following completion of activities for which SCF funding was provided. For the avoidance of doubt, in the case of Core Administrative Budget, Unused Funds means any undisbursed or unused funds committed by the Trustee, which are no longer due to be disbursed for the activities carried out during the period for which the budget was provided.
Unused Funds means any amount of Trust Fund funds, for which: (a) the Trustee has committed to the Responding Agency under this Agreement, but (b) no further expenditure or disbursement is due to be incurred or made by the Responding Agency (including, but not limited to, due to a completion, cancellation or amendment of the relevant Response Activity); and

Unused Funds means any amount of Trust Fund funds, for which: (a) the Trustee has committed to the IE under this Agreement, but (b) no further expenditure or disbursement is due to be incurred or made by the IE (including, but not limited to, due to a completion, cancellation, or amendment of relevant F.O.R.T.I.S. Ukraine FIF Activity). “F.O.R.T.I.S. Ukraine FIF Activity” means any project, program, or activity for which an Allocation is made, based upon a Funding Request submitted by the IE. “F.O.R.T.I.S. Ukraine FIF Activity Recipient” means any entity, which receives funding for any F.O.R.T.I.S. Ukraine FIF Activity, which is funded with the Trust Fund funds and which is provided by or through the IE under a separate arrangement entered into with the IE. “F.O.R.T.I.S. Ukraine FIF Activity Reflow of Funds” means any payments of principal, interest, fee, reimbursement, or any other reflow of funds generated from any financial products that the IE extended with Trust Fund funds for F.O.R.T.I.S. Ukraine FIF Activities, and excluding Unused Funds. “F.O.R.T.I.S. Ukraine FIF End Approval Date” means December 31, 2034, as such date may be extended in accordance with the terms of the Governance Framework. “F.O.R.T.I.S. Ukraine FIF Term” means the period ending on five (5) years (or such longer period as agreed by the Trustee) after the F.O.R.T.I.S. Ukraine FIF End Approval Date, as the term is defined in the Governance Framework.
