USACE Permit definition

USACE Permit means that certain Permit from the United States Army Corps of Engineers for the construction and development of the Rio Bravo Pipeline System.
USACE Permit means any and all permits to be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in connection with the Project, including any permit issued pursuant to 33 U.S.C. § 408.7
USACE Permit has the meaning given to that term in Section 6.12.

  • Single event permit means a permit issued in accordance with Chapter 9, Part 3, Single Event Permit.
