Used Laytime definition

Used Laytime has the meaning given in Clause 7.16; and
Used Laytime has the meaning specified in Paragraphs 5.1 of Schedule C and 5.1 of Schedule D (as applicable).
Used Laytime has the meaning specified in Paragraphs 21.1 of Schedule C and 28.1 of Schedule D (as applicable).

Examples of Used Laytime in a sentence

  • Used Laytime shall continue until such documents and/or clearances have been provided to the Vessel by Seller or Seller’s Supplier(s).

  • If the LNG Ship tenders a valid NOR outside the applicable Arrival Window, while Seller shall exercise reasonable endeavours to berth the LNG Ship as soon as possible, Used Laytime shall only commence once the LNG Ship is all fast at the berth.

  • The MMBTUs of excess boil-off shall be calculated by multiplying the Nominal Quantity for the relevant LNG cargo by the deemed daily boil-off rate set forth in the Transaction Confirmation Notice by the number of days and pro rata for every hour of any partial day by which the Used Laytime exceeds the Allowed Laytime4.

  • Used Laytime shall continue until such documents and/or clearances have been provided to the Vessel by Buyer or Buyer’s Receiver(s).

  • If the LNG Carrier is delayed in the commencement of unloading (for reasons attributable to Buyer or the Terminal Operator) and if as a result thereof Used Laytime exceeds Allowed Laytime (ignoring any extension under Clause 12.3), then Buyer shall pay to Seller an amount, to compensate Seller for additional boil-off from the approved LNG Carrier, equal to the Contract Price for the relevant Cargo multiplied by the amount (in MMBtu) of such additional boil-off.

  • GLNG shall pay to the New Shipper an amount (in addition to any amount for which it may already have become liable under Section B5.2.1) calculated as the amount which would be payable by GLNG as demurrage and in respect of excess boil-off in relation to the LNG Tanker in accordance with Section B5.2 in respect of a period (of Used Laytime in excess of Allowed Laytime) of five (5) days.

  • If the LNG Ship tenders a valid NOR outside the applicable Arrival Window, while Buyer shall exercise reasonable endeavours to berth the LNG Ship as soon as possible, Used Laytime shall only commence once the LNG Ship is all fast at the berth.

  • Any claim by Seller for demurrages and/or excess boil off as set forth in Articles9.4.2 and 9.10.1 of the Master Agreement shall be notified by email to Buyer within ninety (90) days after the applicable Used Laytime has finished according to Article9.8.2 of the Master Agreement.

  • Subject to Clause 12.3, Allowed Laytime shall commence at the start of Used Laytime as determined in accordance with Clause 12.1.

  • Used Laytime shall continue until such documents and/or clearances have been provided to the Vessel by Seller or Seller's Supplier(s).

Used Laytime has the meaning set forth in Sub-Clause 6(8).

Related to Used Laytime

  • Used water means any water supplied by a public water supply system to a consumer's water system after it has passed through the service connection and is no longer under the control of the water supply official custodian.

  • Average Daily Availability means, as of any date of determination, the average daily Availability for the immediately preceding Fiscal Quarter.

  • DAILY LOG BOOK means the format as may be certified by the Company's Engineer on a day-to-day basis during the tenure of this Agreement.

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Used oil means any oil that has been refined from crude oil, or any synthetic oil, that has been used and as a result of such use is contaminated by physical or chemical impurities.

  • Excluded Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 2 below.

  • Average Daily Flow means the cumulative total sewage flow to the sewage works during a calendar year divided by the number of days during which sewage was flowing to the sewage works that year;

  • CPI Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the CPI Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the CPI Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • DNS test Means one non-­‐recursive DNS query sent to a particular “IP address” (via UDP or TCP). If DNSSEC is offered in the queried DNS zone, for a query to be considered answered, the signatures must be positively verified against a corresponding DS record published in the parent zone or, if the parent is not signed, against a statically configured Trust Anchor. The answer to the query must contain the corresponding information from the Registry System, otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. A query with a “DNS resolution RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR, will be considered unanswered. The possible results to a DNS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “DNS resolution RTT” or, undefined/unanswered.

  • Gasoline dispensing facility means any site where gasoline is dispensed to motor vehicle gasoline tanks from stationary storage tanks.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

  • Distance learning means the technology and educational process used to provide instruction to a student when the student and the instructor are not necessarily physically present at the same time or place. The term includes, but is not limited to, instruction provided through an interactive classroom, computer conferencing, or an interactive computer system.

  • Low-level radioactive waste or “waste” means radioactive material that consists of or contains class A, B, or C radioactive waste as defined by 10 C.F.R. 61.55, as in effect on January 26, 1983, but does not include waste or material that is any of the following:

  • Infiltration rate means the rate of water entry into the soil expressed as a depth of water per unit of time (e.g., inches per hour).

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Network Availability means the capability of the equipment to resume functions after a remotely initiated trigger has been detected by a network port;

  • Dry cleaning facility means an establishment with one or more dry cleaning systems.

  • Peak flow rate means the maximum instantaneous flow from a given storm condition at a particular location.
