User Session definition

User Session means a Buyer End User’s session of activity using Traffic Management Module. A new User Session is generated when either the user logs in to Traffic Management Module or the user’s web browser performs a refresh.
User Session means a specific, identifiable, unique Mobile Device with the Redistributables installed, or a specific, identifiable, unique personal computer actively using a single instance of the Redistributables. See "User Session License".
User Session means click-throughs, “next” queries, and re-write or refinement search queries (i.e., an end user entering a query into the search box located on a results page on the Yandex Site (Yandex Product) generated in response to a click-through or “next” query) conducted during the same user session.

  • The Service connects a Named User by telephone with zero or more Contacts provided by the Named User during each User Session.

  • CONNECTANDSELL does not warrant or guarantee that the Service provides any specific service levels with regard to: how long it takes to make the next connection; which contact, if any, will be connected next; voice quality; or any characteristic or outcome of any given conversation or User Session.


More Definitions of User Session

User Session means (a) a single visit from any web enabled device to a parent domain for which Customer uses the applicable CI360 Offering; or (b) a single use of a mobile application for which Customer uses the applicable CI360 Offering. A User Session is measured by the duration of (i) a session cookie which is set in the web browser when the first page is loaded from the website; or (ii) a mobile session cookie which is set when a mobile application sends an event (for example, open, focus, entering geo fence, etc.). A User Session ends at the earlier of when: (1) the web browser or mobile application is closed; or (2) the User Session times out due to inactivity based on parameters established by Customer.
User Session means the session of activity that a unique user spends ------------ on the Switchboard Site or a Switchboard Affiliated Site beginning when the User first uses the Switchboard Site or returns after a previous session and ending with the sooner of either the occurrence of the User leaving the site or after a thirty (30) minute period of time.

Related to User Session

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • E-Verify system means an Internet-based system operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security that allows participating employers to electronically verify the employment eligibility of newly hired employees; and

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as set out in Schedule 1.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.2.2. "Directory Assistance Lists" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Delivery Site means 250 West 70th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., V5X 2X1, unless otherwise stated in this ITT;

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.
