USG Oregon Geothermal Lease definition

USG Oregon Geothermal Lease means each of the (a) Hot Springs Ranch Geothermal Lease and Agreement, dated as of January 24, 2007, between Cyprus Gold Exploration Corporation and the Company, as assigned by the Company to the USG Oregon Project Company pursuant to that Assignment, Assumption and Indemnity Agreement, dated February 16, 2010 (as evidenced by that certain Memorandum of Geothermal Lease Assignment, dated February 17, 2010, executed by the Company and the USG Oregon Project Company), such assignment being consented to by Cyprus Gold Exploration Corporation pursuant to that Consent to Assignment, dated January 29, 2010, (b) Hot Spring Ranch Geothermal Lease and Agreement, dated as of May 24, 2006, between JR Land and Livestock Inc. and the Company, as assigned to the USG Oregon Project Company pursuant to the Assignment, Assumption and Indemnity Agreement, dated February 16, 2010 (as evidenced by that certain Memorandum of Geothermal Lease Assignment, dated February 17, 2010, executed by the Company and the USG Oregon Project Company), such assignment being acknowledged by JR Land and Livestock Inc. pursuant to that Acknowledgement of Lease Assignment/Waiver of Notice, dated September 1, 2010, (c) Geothermal Lease and Agreement, dated as of November 1, 2009, among Xxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxx and USG Idaho, as assigned to the USG Oregon Project Company pursuant to Assignment, Assumption and Indemnity Agreement, dated February 16, 2010 (as evidenced by that certain Memorandum of Geothermal Lease Assignment, dated February 17, 2010, executed by USG Idaho and the USG Oregon Project Company), such assignment being acknowledged by Xxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxx pursuant to that Acknowledgement of Lease Assignment/Waiver of Notice, dated August 31, 2010 and (d) each of the following licenses, land leases and leases for geothermal resources and grants of rights-of-way issued by the United States Bureau of Land Management to the USG Oregon Project Company on land located in Malheur County, Oregon: BLM serial numbers OR-65701, OR-66877, OR-66192.
USG Oregon Geothermal Lease means each of the (a) Hot Springs Ranch Geothermal Lease and Agreement, dated as of January 24, 2007, between Cyprus Gold Exploration Corporation and the Company, as assigned by the Company to the USG Oregon Project Company pursuant to that Assignment, Assumption and Indemnity Agreement, dated February 16, 2010 (as evidenced by that certain Memorandum of Geothermal Lease Assignment, dated February 17, 2010, executed by the Company and the USG Oregon Project Company), such assignment being consented to by Cyprus Gold Exploration Corporation pursuant to that Consent to Assignment, dated January 29, 2010, (b) Hot Spring Ranch Geothermal Lease and Agreement, dated as of May 24, 2006, between JR Land and Livestock Inc. and the Company, as assigned to the USG Oregon Project Company pursuant to the Assignment, Assumption and Indemnity Agreement, dated February 16, 2010 (as evidenced by that certain Memorandum of Geothermal Lease Assignment, dated February 17, 2010, executed by the Company and the USG Oregon Project Company), such assignment being acknowledged by JR Land and Livestock Inc. pursuant to that Acknowledgement of Lease Assignment/Waiver of Notice, dated September 1, 2010, (c) Geothermal Lease and Agreement, dated as of November 1, 2009, among John and Kathy Jordan and USG Idaho, as assigned to the USG Oregon Project Company pursuant to Assignment, Assumption and Indemnity Agreement, dated February 16, 2010 (as evidenced by that certain Memorandum of Geothermal Lease Assignment, dated February 17, 2010, executed by USG Idaho and the USG Oregon Project Company), such assignment being acknowledged by John and Kathy Jordan pursuant to that Acknowledgement of Lease Assignment/Waiver of Notice, dated August 31, 2010 and (d) each of the following licenses, land leases and leases for geothermal resources and grants of rights-of-way issued by the United States Bureau of Land Management to the USG Oregon Project Company on land located in Malheur County, Oregon: BLM serial numbers OR-65701, OR-66877, OR-66192.

Related to USG Oregon Geothermal Lease

  • mineral lease means the mineral lease referred to in clause 8(1)(a) hereof and includes any renewal thereof;

  • Operating Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease (including, without limitation, leases which may be terminated by the lessee at any time) of any Property (whether real, personal or mixed) which is not a Capital Lease other than any such lease in which that Person is the lessor.

  • Co-op Lease With respect to a Co-op Loan, the lease with respect to a dwelling unit occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the stock allocated to the related dwelling unit.

  • Geothermal energy means energy contained in heat that continuously flows outward from the earth that is used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Geothermal fluid means water in any form at temperatures greater than 120

  • Mining Lease means the mining lease granted pursuant to Clause 12 and includes any renewal thereof and according to the requirements of the context shall describe the area of land demised as well as the instrument by which it is demised;

  • Natural area means an area of the rural or non-urban environment which is in an unspoilt natural state or is of high scenic value, and includes, but is not limited to, national parks, game reserves, nature reserves, marine reserves, wilderness areas, areas of extensive agriculture and scenic areas.

  • Operating Leases means all real or personal property leases under which any Company is bound or obligated as a lessee or sublessee and which, under GAAP, are not required to be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Company; provided that Operating Leases shall not include any such lease under which any Company is also bound as the lessor or sublessor.

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.

  • Sub-Lease means the sub-lease entered into following the approval of an Approved Sub-lease;

  • Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Sublease means a lease of goods the right to possession and use of which was acquired by the lessor as a lessee under an existing lease.

  • Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan. These undertakings and activities may include:

  • Geothermal resources shall collectively mean the matter, substances and resources defined in subparagraph 21(a) that are not subject to this Lease but are located on adjacent land or lands in reasonable proximity thereto;

  • Leased Land means land which is the subject of a lease granted under section 60 or 93G; S. 3 def. of "lessee" amended by No. 39/1997 s. 4(2)(b).

  • Approved Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 6.11(a).

  • Coal means high-grade, medium-grade and low-grade category A and B coal within the meaning of the international codification system for coal established by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and clarified in the Council decision of 10 December 2010 on State aid to facilitate the closure of uncompetitive coal mines;

  • Wet Lease means any arrangement whereby Owner or a Permitted Lessee agrees to furnish the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine to a third party pursuant to which the Aircraft, Airframe or Engine shall at all times be in the operational control of Owner or a Permitted Lessee, provided that Owner’s obligations under the Trust Indenture shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any such arrangement.

  • Base Lease means the Base Lease Agreement delivered concurrently with this Lease between the Company and the Issuer.

  • Useful thermal energy means, with regard to a cogeneration unit, thermal energy that is:

  • Tenant Lease means any lease entered into by the Borrower, any Loan Party or any Subsidiary with respect to any portion of a Property.

  • Lease Area means the Lease Area as more particularly described in SCHEDULE C.

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.

  • New Lease Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of REMIC I, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of REMIC I, if REMIC I has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.
