Utilisation Fee definition

Utilisation Fee means the amount payable by the Company to the Provider for the utilisation of any Flexibility Service, as defined in Schedule 2;
Utilisation Fee has the meaning set forth in Clause 6(d).
Utilisation Fee means the fee payable pursuant to the terms set out in Clause 12.2 (Utilisation fee)

Examples of Utilisation Fee in a sentence

  • In any quarter in which a Utilisation is outstanding, the Utilisation Fee shall be payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date.

More Definitions of Utilisation Fee

Utilisation Fee has the meaning set out in the Fee Letter.
