Utilisation Payment definition

Utilisation Payment means an Active Utilisation Payment or a Reactive Utilisation Payment (as the context requires);

Utilisation Payment means any payment in respect of WPD Dynamic Services and/or WPD Secure Services calculated in accordance with Paragraph 5 of Part B of this Schedule 2 below, and/or any payment in respect of WPD Restore Services calculated in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Part C of this Schedule 2 below;
