Utilisation Date means the date of a Utilisation, being the date on which the relevant Loan is to be made.

Drawdown means a drawdown of an Advance;
Drawdown Date means, in relation to an Advance, the date requested by the Borrower for the Advance to be made, or (as the context requires) the date on which the Advance is actually made;
L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage. All L/C Advances shall be denominated in Dollars.

Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances outstanding.
