Utilisation Price definition

Utilisation Price means, in relation to the DER Unit, the applicable price for the utilisation of Active Power Response or Reactive Power Response (as the context requires) from that DER Unit;
Utilisation Price in respect of each DER, means the price in £/kWh offered in the response to the Company’s auction for the utilisation of the DER for any Flexibility Service, in accordance with Schedule 1;
Utilisation Price means those sums described as such and set out in Part 2 of Schedule 2; and “Utilisation Payment” means the sums payable by Northern Powergrid to the Aggregator for the Energy Delivered during the Response Period and calculated in accordance withClause 6.2. 1.2. In this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly provided or unless the context otherwise requires, references to:- 1.2.1 the singular include the plural and vice versa. 1.2.2 words denoting any gender shall include all genders. 1.2.3 a person includes any individual, firm, body corporate, association or partnership government body or any joint venture association or partnership (whether or not having legal personality). 1.2.4 Clauses and Schedules are to Clauses of, and Schedules to, this Agreement. 1.2.5 laws, statutory provisions and regulatory obligations shall include reference to any subordinate legislation made pursuant thereto and shall be construed as referring to those laws, provisions and subordinate legislation as respectively amended or re-enacted from time to time. 1.2.6 the Parties include their respective successors in title, permitted assigns and legal personal representatives. 1.3. The headings of this Agreement are for ease of reference only and are not part of this Agreement for the purposes of construction. 1.4. The Schedules form part of this Agreement and shall have effect as if set out in full in the body of this Agreement and accordingly any reference to this Agreement includes the Schedules.

Related to Utilisation Price

  • Utilisation Date means the date of a Utilisation, being the date on which the relevant Loan is to be made.

  • Utilisation means a utilisation of the Facility.

  • Utilisation Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Utilisation Request).

  • Base Currency Amount means, in relation to a Loan, the amount specified in the Utilisation Request delivered by a Borrower for that Loan (or, if the amount requested is not denominated in the Base Currency, that amount converted into the Base Currency at the Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange on the date which is three Business Days before the Utilisation Date or, if later, on the date the Agent receives the Utilisation Request) adjusted to reflect any repayment or prepayment of the Loan.

  • Discount Price means the product of (i) the price per share of Capital Stock sold in an Equity Financing and (ii) 100% less the Discount.

  • Drawdown means a drawdown of an Advance;

  • Drawdown Date means, in relation to an Advance, the date requested by the Borrower for the Advance to be made, or (as the context requires) the date on which the Advance is actually made;

  • L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage. All L/C Advances shall be denominated in Dollars.

  • Instalment Amount has the meaning given to it in Condition 1.07 (Bearer Covered Bonds);

  • Relevant Price or "S(k)" means, in relation to a Fund Interest and any Strategy Calculation Date, the Fund Value per Fund Interest.

  • Floating Rate Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the Floating Rate.

  • Dollar Equivalent Amount means, at any time, (a) as to any amount denominated in Dollars, the amount hereof at such time, and (b) as to any amount denominated in a currency other than Dollars, the equivalent amount in Dollars as determined by Agent at such time that such amount could be converted into Dollars by Agent according to prevailing exchange rates selected by Agent.

  • Underlying Currency means the Underlying Currency as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances outstanding.
