Utility Owner Project definition

Utility Owner Project means the design and construction by or at the direction of a Utility Owner (or by Developer) of a new Utility other than (a) as part of a Utility Adjustment or (b) to provide service to the Project. Betterments are not Utility Owner Projects. Utility Owner Projects are entirely the financial obligation of the Utility Owner.
Utility Owner Project means the design and construction by or at the direction of a Utility Owner, other than Austin Water, (or by DB Contractor pursuant to Section 4.5.2.3) of a new Utility other than as part of a Utility Adjustment. Betterments are not Utility Owner Projects. Utility Owner Projects shall be entirely the financial obligation of the Utility Owner. Warranty(ies) shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 of Exhibit 4 to this DBA, and shall include the Performance Warranty.

Related to Utility Owner Project

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
