Valuation Committee definition

Valuation Committee means the valuation committee of the Board. "WD" means Western Economic Diversification Canada.
Valuation Committee means a committee of the Board of Directors composed of (i) the Series B Director, (ii) one or more independent members of the Board of Directors and (iii) not more than one other director.
Valuation Committee means the Valuation Committee of the Fund comprised of Messrs. Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx, Xx., and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, or any other individuals as may be appointed by the Fund.

Valuation Committee means a valuation committee appointed under rule 12.
