Valuation Committee definition

Valuation Committee means the valuation committee of the Board. "WD" means Western Economic Diversification Canada.
Valuation Committee means a committee of the Board of Directors composed of (i) the Series B Director, (ii) one or more independent members of the Board of Directors and (iii) not more than one other director.
Valuation Committee means the Valuation Committee of the Fund comprised of Messrs. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇., and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or any other individuals as may be appointed by the Fund.
