Valuation Committee definition

Valuation Committee means the valuation committee of the Board. "WD" means Western Economic Diversification Canada.

Valuation Committee means a committee of the Board of Directors composed of (i) the Series B Director, (ii) one or more independent members of the Board of Directors and (iii) not more than one other director.

Valuation Committee means a valuation committee appointed under rule 12.

Examples of Valuation Committee in a sentence

When determining the reliability of third party pricing information for investments owned by the Fund, the Valuation Committee, among other things, conducts due diligence reviews of pricing vendors, monitors the daily change in prices and reviews transactions among market participants.
