Valuation Obligation Characteristics definition

Valuation Obligation Characteristics means, as set out in these Credit Linked Conditions, any one or more of Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Sovereign Lender, Not Domestic Currency, Not Domestic Law, Listed, Not Domestic Issuance (each as defined in the definition of "Obligation" above), Assignable Loan, Consent Required Loan, Direct Loan Participation, Transferable, Maximum Maturity, Accelerated or Matured and Not Bearer;
Valuation Obligation Characteristics means (a) in respect of any of the European Corporate Reference Entities, any one or more of Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Contingent, Assignable Loan, Consent Required Loan, Transferable, Maximum Maturity and Not Bearer; and (b) in respect of any of the Russian Federation Reference Entity, the Emerging Market and Middle Eastern Sovereign Reference Entity and the Latin American Sovereign Reference Entity, any one or more of Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Domestic Law, Not Contingent, Not Domestic Issuance, Transferable and Not Bearer, and:

Examples of Valuation Obligation Characteristics in a sentence

  • For purposes of Section 3.2(a) (Valuation Obligation), the term "Valuation Obligation" may be defined as each obligation of the Reference Entity described by the Valuation Obligation Category specified as being applicable in the Standard, and, subject to Section 3.15 (Interpretation of Provisions), having each of the Valuation Obligation Characteristics, if any, specified as being applicable in the Standard, in each case, as of the Valuation Date (unless otherwise specified).

  • Valuation Obligation Characteristics: The Deliverable Obligation Characteristics under the Standard Terms.

More Definitions of Valuation Obligation Characteristics

Valuation Obligation Characteristics means any of the Valuation Obligation characteristics set out in the Standard Terms which apply to each Reference Entity for the purposes of determining a Valuation Obligation.
Valuation Obligation Characteristics means any one or more of Specified Currency, Not Contingent, Assignable Loan, Consent Required Loan, Transferable, Maximum Maturity, and Not Bearer, and:
Valuation Obligation Characteristics means that the 2003 Definitions’ Not Subordinated, Not Contingent, Consent Required Loan or Assignable Loan and Maximum Maturity: 10 years shall apply. Specified Currency (as defined below) will also apply.

  • Obligation Characteristics means any one or more of Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Sovereign Lender, Not Domestic Currency, Not Domestic Law, Listed and Not Domestic Issuance, and:

  • Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.

  • Obligation Category means Payment, Borrowed Money, Bond, Loan, or Bond or Loan, only one of which shall be specified in the Standard, and:

  • Valuation Percentage means, for any item of Eligible Collateral, the percentage specified in Paragraph 13.

  • Conversion Obligation shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.01(a).

  • Unadjusted Reference Interest Rate Replacement means the Reference Interest Rate Replacement excluding the Reference Interest Rate Replacement Adjustment.

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, at any time in respect of which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, the portion (calculated by the Borrower or the Servicer without duplication in accordance with Section 1.04) of the Receivable Balance of each Collateral Receivable that causes such Concentration Limitations to be exceeded.

  • Valuation Price means in respect of a Valuation Date and any relevant Scheduled Trading Day, the price of the Reference Asset at the Valuation Time on such day, as determined by the Determination Agent.

  • Relevant Reference Price means the Reference Price on the Final Valuation Date. "Security Holder" means the holder of a Security.
