Valuation Option definition

Valuation Option means the performance of the investment funds listed in Appendix B of the Plan.
Valuation Option means the performance of the investment funds selected by the Pension Investment Committee as hypothetical options under the Plan.

Examples of Valuation Option in a sentence

  • An individual who is an Eligible Employee and elects to defer Compensation under this Plan shall elect to have his or her Account valued based on the Valuation Option represented by the performance of one or more of the investment funds listed in Appendix B of the Plan.

Related to Valuation Option

  • Termination Option means the option of either party to terminate a transaction in the event that the other party fails to perform a Firm obligation to deliver Gas in the case of Seller or to receive Gas in the case of Buyer for a designated number of days during a period as specified on the applicable Transaction Confirmation.
