Valuation Tribunal definition

Valuation Tribunal means the members of the Valuation Tribunal for Wales convened in accordance with Part 5 for the purpose of disposing of an appeal under these Regulations”.
Valuation Tribunal means the tribunal established under Part IIIA;”; and
Valuation Tribunal means a Tribunal established by the Minister under section 41.

  • Independent Accounting Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(c).

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Valuation Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).
