Value Day definition

Value Day or “Settlement Day” means a date specified in the relevant Confirmation for payment or delivery under a Transaction;
Value Day means the date on which the foreign exchange agreed to be purchased or sold pursuant to a FX Contract is to be delivered or deferred.
