Variable Rate Conversion Date definition

Variable Rate Conversion Date means the day the Bonds are converted to bear interest at a Variable Rate pursuant to Section 3.02(g) or (h).
Variable Rate Conversion Date means a Daily Rate Conversion Date or a Weekly Rate Conversion Date.
Variable Rate Conversion Date means (i) the day on which interest with respect to a Series of Bonds begins to accrue at a Variable Rate other than the Variable Rate previously borne by such Series of Bonds following conversion from such previous Variable Rate (e.g., the Interest Payment Date on which such Series of Bonds begin to bear interest at a Long Rate following a Weekly Rate Period); or (ii) with respect to a Flexible Rate Period, a Semiannual Rate Period or a Long Rate Period, the first day immediately succeeding the end of each particular Flexible Rate Period, Semiannual Rate Period or Long Rate Period.

  • Until a Variable Rate Conversion Date, no Letter of Credit need be furnished by the Tenant.

Variable Rate Conversion Date means (i) the day on which interest on the 2010 Bonds of a Series is converted to and begins to accrue at such Variable Rate from a different Variable Rate; and (ii) with respect to a Flexible Rate Period, a Semiannual Rate Period or a Long Rate Period, the first day that a particular Flexible Rate, Semiannual Rate, Long Rate [or Index Rate] becomes effective.
