Until a Variable Rate Conversion Date, no Letter of Credit need be furnished by the Tenant.
The Tenant shall cause the Bank to deliver a Letter of Credit to the Trustee simultaneously with any Variable Rate Conversion Date, and hereby authorizes and directs the Trustee thereafter, while the Letter of Credit is in effect, to draw moneys under the Letter of Credit in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture to the extent necessary to make any payments of principal and purchase price of, and interest on, Bonds bearing interest at a Variable Rate, as and when the same become due.
The Bonds shall bear interest at the Initial Interest Rate from and including the date thereof until (1) a Variable Rate Conversion Date or (2) payment of the principal or redemption price thereof shall have been made or provided for in accordance with the provisions hereof, whether at maturity, upon redemption or otherwise.
