Vendor Facilities definition

Vendor Facilities means the facilities owned or leased by Vendor and from which Vendor provides any Services. Vendor Facilities are listed on Schedule O.2 to the applicable Services Agreement, and include the portions of certain facilities owned or leased by TXUED as indicated on Schedule O.2 to the applicable Services Agreement.
Vendor Facilities means any infrastructure of Vendor or its licensors used in connection with the provision of the Cloud Services, including, without limitation, software programs, hardware, data centers, networks, systems, websites, technology, or other facilities or resources provided or operated by, or on behalf of, Vendor or its licensors in connection with the provision of the Cloud Services.
Vendor Facilities have the meaning assigned to such terms in Section 7.01(j).

  • An "Event of Default" shall have occurred and be continuing under (and as defined in the documentation relating to) the Common Agreement or any other document or agreement relating to the Vendor Facilities or other Senior Indebtedness, including any Senior Indebtedness which is described in Section 2.04 of the Common Agreement as in effect on the date hereof.

More Definitions of Vendor Facilities

Vendor Facilities means the credit facilities provided to Borrower under the QUALCOMM Credit Agreement and the Alcatel Credit Agreement.
Vendor Facilities means credit facilities made available to the Borrower pursuant to the Vendor Financing Agreement.
Vendor Facilities means the facilities owned, operated or controlled by Vendor or a third party retained by Vendor, including without limitation, the facilities at which Vendor’s System is housed or Information is stored, processed or transmitted by Vendor.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;
